Q. Can I rent your jumps for my backyard party?

	Sorry, no. These are probably too big for your backyard anyway! Come to our place and we'll do all the setup and cleanup!

Q. What are the Age & Height/Weight limits?

	Our Jumps are pretty robust. They can handle adults easily, but we may have to limit the number who jump at once if there are lots of big guys!

Q. What happens after I book my party online?

	Within 24 hours we will contact you to make sure all the details are perfect.
	Download the Jumping Jacks invitation and waiver along with instructions, and mail them to your guests. Everyone entering the Arena must have a signed waiver. Minors must have waiver signed by parents. No exceptions!
	2 days before your party we'll contact you to get a final count for the party.
	On the day of the party, everyone should come 10 minutes early so we can check everyone’s Liability Waiver and give a safety demonstration.
	No need to clean your house, prepare food, or entertain your guests - we'll do all that for you!

Q. Can I bring in my own food?

	You can absolutely bring your own cake!
	You are more than welcome to bring in your own outside food as long as it is not pizza or soda. If you would like pizza or soda it must be ordered through your local Jumping Jacsks. Also, please do not bring food that requires an extended amount of prep time or needs to be reheated.

Q. What kind of food is recommended?

If you choose to bring in your own outside food we recommend: sandwiches, hotdogs, hamburgers, pasta, fruit and chips.

Q. Is there a limit on the number of guests that fit inside your cake room?

That number will vary per location please contact Jumping Jacks

Q. What kind of decorations can I bring in?

You are more than welcome to bring in table cloths, balloons, banners, and table toppers. Confetti, pinatas, silly string, bubble makers, and anything that hangs from the ceilings are prohibited.

Q. Can I eat inside the jumper room?

Eating is not allowed inside our jump rooms but you are more than welcome to bring water inside the play area.

Q. Are we allowed to bring in our own music for the Jumper rooms?

Yes, we can play a CD or an Ipod as long as it is censored and child friendly.

Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?

There is no cancelling your party without losing your deposit but you do have up until 2 weeks prior to your parrty date to move your time and/or date around if need be.

Q. Do you have free play on the weekend?

Unfortunately we do not. We have walk-ins on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please Check location for hours.

Q. Can I have a party during free play hours?

We do offer walk-in parties. Customers must pay per child that attends their party and there is a $40 fee to use the cake room for an hour.
