Q. What are the Age & Height/Weight limits?
Our Jumps
are pretty robust. They can handle adults easily, but we may have to limit the number who jump at once if there are lots of big guys!

What happens after I book my party online?
Within 24 hours we will
contact you to make sure all the details are perfect.
Download the Jumping Jacksinvitation and waiver along with instructions, and mail them to your guests. Everyone entering the Arena must have a signed waiver. Minors must have waiver signed by parents. No exceptions!
2 days before your party
we'll contact you to get a final count for the
party.
On the day of the party,
everyone should come 10 minutes early so we can
check everyone’s Liability Waiver and give
a safety demonstration.
No need to clean your house, prepare food, or
entertain your guests - we'll do all that for you!
Q.
Can I bring in my own food?
You can absolutely bring your own cake!
Within certain guidelines, and for a small catering fee, it is possible to bring in your own food. We are flexible but we cannot accomodate all requests. Please contact your local Jumping Jacks for specifics.
